"How many characters can I type? I would highly recommend Pure Maintenance Mold Removal! From the 1st phone call to Donnie, the office manager, after listening to everything I have been dealing with, assured me that they were going to be the one and only company I'll need for the mold removal job and that they were going to take care of me and make everything alright. He had a lot of compassion in his voice. Spencer, the owner, is such a decent, honest, hard working guy and I could tell he genuinely cared about me, my health, and the mold situation we have been in. He also works right along with his employees. Chris, got the fun job of removing the mold in the wall, hepa-vaccumming, and fogging. He was very patient (with me asking questions here and there), polite, kind and considerate. Billy, the handyman that came out, while not with Pure Maintenance, was also very nice and polite! I called and they came out the next day to assess the situation and provide and estimate (as we had gotten three). They scheduled us and were out to start the job in 3 days. Some other companies said 3-4 weeks. They were always on time. You see, I am immune compromised and sick all of the time, which my doctors said could be from the ""toxic mold"" spores. I honestly can't say enough about this company or the people working for it, except if you have mold to ""HIRE THEM'!"

Pure maintenance is the real deal. I was in horror when I found black mold growing in our air vents as I have a child with asthma and we had all been feeling sick for a while. Pure maintenance came in and fogged our home, and they decimated the mold. There was an immediate difference in air quality when I walked into my home after they treated it, it was pretty amazing. Grateful to have a healthy family now and a safe home. Thanks guys 👍🏻

"We scheduled with Pure Maintenance to have our house checked for mold. We’re renters and their renters package was a really good value compared with other companies in the area. They came to our house (right on time), spoke to us about our concerns, and tested 2 areas inside the house and then one outside to get a baseline. Did a really thorough job and looked all around the house at different places to try to find visible mold, which they did. Also very kind and took the time to explain some stuff to us that we didn’t know as we’ve never owned a home. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’re extremely satisfied with the work they did, as well as their impeccable customer service. Kind, responsive, and timely."
